Dhikr on every unlock
A short card with the Arabic text, Bangla or English pronunciation and meaning. Pick from the built-in adhkar, add your own, or show the 99 Names instead.
Prayer times & salah alarm
On-device times for all 64 districts of Bangladesh. A full-screen alarm with a short adhan phrase, even on the lock screen, with snooze and “prayed”.
Prayer tracker
Mark each prayer as prayed, qaza or missed, see the last 7 days and your streak, and get a nightly review of unmarked prayers.
Digital tasbih
A large tap counter with rounds and a daily total, saved sessions, and an optional floating counter on the home screen.
99 Names of Allah
Arabic with Bangla and English pronunciation and meaning, plus a study mode to recall and track the names you have learned.
Private by design
Fully offline, no account, no ads. Prayer log, tasbih counts and settings stay on the phone — Play lists “No data collected”.

- New optional Tahajjud alarm
- Prayer history calendar: see and edit past days, streaks and monthly totals
- Choose the time of the nightly prayer review
- Live countdown to the next prayer
- Prayer alarms now always show full screen
- Clearer, higher-contrast design and landscape support
- Stability fixes
Data safety
No data collected and no data shared with third parties, as declared on Google Play. No account, no ads, fully offline.
Read the privacy policy →01 / What it solves
People wanted a private, dependable reminder for daily dhikr and prayer times that works across Bangladesh, including when connectivity is limited.
02 / Why this approach
The app keeps core reminders and prayer calculations on-device, combines native Android behavior with React Native screens, and makes language and district selection part of setup rather than an afterthought.
03 / Technology used
- React Native (Expo)
- TypeScript
- Kotlin (native module)
- adhan
Expo and React Native speed up the cross-platform product surface, while Kotlin handles Android unlock and notification behavior that needs native reliability. TypeScript keeps those boundaries explicit.
Senior perspective
What matters beyond the feature list.
- 01Treat notification scheduling, timezone changes, daylight saving behavior, and device permissions as first-class reliability concerns.
- 02Keep sensitive usage data local and minimize permissions because trust is part of the product promise.
- 03Test background execution and battery behavior on real Android devices, not only simulators.
